Explain how you can use email in the real-business world. What is the importance of learning how to use an attachment.

Like somebody in the work like haves all of the information and then  he is not working and getting money from the company he is working  on getting  the company's money.

Why is learning about email and attachments important? Why would you want to send a blind copy email instead of a carbon copy email to someone?
